For example, if your current folder view is displaying a grid of 4 products and you would like your products to be in a 3 column grid rather than 4 then that is set up on the folder preset itself.

BEFORE:

You go to Design > Presets > Folder

Find the Preset that relates to your Products (i.e. Product Tile)

CAUTION:  be careful in this as it’s a screen which can really mess up your site b

You will need to clear your browser cache.

The browser cache relates to the users Internet browser on their computer. Sometimes your website will not show correctly if your browser has cached certain pages. We would recommend the following:

Google Chrome

  1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar (Three lines to the top right)
  2. Select More tools.
  3. Select Clear browsing data.
  4. In the dialogue that appears, select the tickboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
  6. Select Cached images and files and Cookies and other site and plug-in data
  7. Click Clear browsing data.
Internet Explorer
  1. Select Tools from the menu
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. From the Browsing history section, select Delete.
  4. From the Delete browsing history screen, ensure Cookies and Temporary internet files are selected.
