Edit Details can be accessed by clicking the Edit Details button on the left navigation on Your Account page.

New Contact Details

You can add more account contact details on this page.

1. Click the +Add button underneath Edit Your Account Details heading.

2. Fill out the Contact Details information.

3. Click OK.

4. Click Save Changes.

Admin Timeout

You can also change the Admin Timeout on this page. The Admin Timeout is how long the page can be left inactive for before the Admin Area automatically logs the user out. This is a really helpful feature to protect your website's privacy.

1. To change the Timeout length, change the number in the Admin Timeout text box under the heading Miscellaneous.

2. Click Save Changes.

Introduction

To get to your Account page in the Admin Area of your KhooSeller website, you need to click on "Your Account" in the black bar at the top right of your browser. On this page, your account details are displayed. This information will include your name, address and telephone number. It also shows any cards that you'be added to your account and the Admin Login Settings. 

New Contact Details

You can also add more account contact details on this page.

1. Click the +New button underneath Your Account Details heading.

2. Fill out the Contact Details information.

3. Click OK.

New Payment Card

You can also add a new payment card to your account on this page.

1. Click the +New button underneath the Cards heading.

2. Fill out the Payment Card Details.

3. Click OK.

2. Within the App, click the " + " to add a new 2-FA login. Choose type "Other" 

3. In your browser, navigate to My Account 

4. Enable 2FA by clicking the tick-box 

5. Scan the QR code within your phone app. 

6. Type the code that appears into your browser and hit "Save Changes" 

7. When you next login you will need to enter the relevant code for your user in the drop down box.

Please note these codes refresh every 30 seconds so make sure you enter the correct code for the time you open the app and login.
